REMOVE THE PROTECTIVE FILM

Each custom portrait arrives with a transparent protective film to keep your furry friend’s photo safe and scratch-free during transit. Lift one corner of the film with your fingernail or a non-abrasive tool, then peel it off slowly to reveal your pet’s portrait in all its glory ✨

CARE & CLEANING

• Gently wipe with a soft, dry or slightly damp lint-free cloth. Do not soak, submerge, or rinse.

• Avoid alcohol, acetone, household cleaners, abrasive materials, and sharp objects, as these may damage or scratch the portrait.

• Keep away from excessive moisture, extreme heat, and prolonged direct sunlight.

Your custom pet pillow is made from fine plush fabric with soft, cloud-like filling. A built-in zipper allows you to access, remove, or redistribute the filling whenever needed.

FLUFF IT UP!

Your pillow may arrive compressed or tightly packed during shipping. This is completely normal, and a little fluffing will help restore its shape and fullness! Give it a gentle shake and knead the filling into the edges until it looks full and evenly shaped. Use the zipper to redistribute the filling if needed.

CARE & CLEANING

• Spot clean with a clean white cloth, cool water, and a small amount of mild detergent. Blot gently—do not scrub.

• For deeper cleaning, remove all filling, close the zipper, and gently hand-wash the empty cover in cool water with mild detergent. Do not wring or twist.

• Air-dry flat and completely before replacing the filling.

• Do not machine wash, bleach, iron, or dry clean. Avoid harsh cleaners.

Your pet’s custom portrait arrives separately from the PopSocket base so you can position the portrait exactly how you’d like.

STEP 1 — REMOVE THE PROTECTIVE FILM

Each custom portrait arrives with a transparent protective film to keep your furry friend’s photo safe and scratch-free during transit. Lift one corner of the film with your fingernail or a non-abrasive tool, then peel it off slowly to reveal your pet’s portrait in all its glory ✨

STEP 2 — ATTACH YOUR PET’S PORTRAIT

Locate the white protective cover on the round top of the PopSocket base. Peel it away to expose the adhesive surface.

Carefully position your pet’s portrait before pressing it down, as the adhesive is designed to hold firmly and may be difficult to reposition. Once you’re happy with the placement, press firmly and evenly to secure it in place.

STEP 3 — PEEL, PLACE & PRESS!

Before attaching your PopSocket to your phone, clean and completely dry the area where you’ll be placing it.

Turn the base over and peel away the clear protective backing from the adhesive on the bottom. Carefully position the PopSocket on the back of your phone or case and press the entire base firmly and evenly against the surface to secure it.

For best results, apply it to a smooth, flat, hard surface. Adhesion may vary on silicone, textured, soft-touch, or coated cases.

• Gently wipe the portrait and base with a soft, dry or slightly damp lint-free cloth. Dry immediately after cleaning.

• Do not soak, submerge, or rinse.

• Avoid alcohol, acetone, household cleaners, abrasive materials, and sharp objects, as these may damage or scratch the portrait.

• Keep away from excessive moisture, extreme heat, and prolonged direct sunlight.

• Open and close the grip gently, avoiding excessive bending or twisting of the custom portrait.

• Periodically check that the portrait and adhesive base remain firmly attached. Discontinue use if any component becomes loose, cracked, or damaged.

IMPORTANT USE INFORMATION

• The adhesive is designed for one secure application. Removing or repositioning the PopSocket may weaken its hold.

• If you need to remove it, collapse the grip and slowly peel the adhesive base away from one edge. Do not pull it off using the custom portrait or expanded grip.

• The adhesive may leave residue or affect certain delicate or coated surfaces when removed.

• This PopSocket may interfere with wireless charging.

STEP 2 — ATTACH YOUR PET’S PORTRAIT
Peel the white adhesive backing from the top of the PopSocket base. Position your pet’s portrait however you’d like, then press it firmly onto the adhesive surface to secure it in place.

STEP 3 — POP IT ON!
Place your finished PopSocket over the MagSafe area on the back of your compatible phone or case and let the magnets snap it into place. To remove, grip the magnetic base and gently pull it straight away from your phone.

OPTIONAL — NO MAGSAFE? NO PROBLEM!
Your PopSocket includes an optional adhesive/magnetic ring for use with non-MagSafe phones or cases. First, clean and completely dry the area where you’ll be placing the ring. Peel off the white adhesive backing, position the ring on the back of your phone or case, and press firmly to secure it in place. Once attached, simply place your PopSocket over the blue magnetic ring and let the magnets snap together! 🧲

PRODUCT INSTRUCTIONS

Your custom pet stamp arrives pre-filled with ink and ready to use- no separate ink pad required. For the clearest impression, place your paper on a flat surface, press the stamp straight down evenly, and lift it straight up. Test on scrap paper first.

REFILLING YOUR STAMP WITH INK

Purchased an ink refill? Here’s how to use it when impressions start to fade:

1. Add a few drops of ink directly onto the stamp's printing surface.
2. Let the ink absorb for 5–10 minutes.
3. Gently blot away any ink that remains with a tissue or soft cloth.
4. Test the stamp on scrap paper. Once the impression is clear, your stamp is ready to use!
   

CARE & CLEANING

• Replace the lid securely after each use and store your stamp in a cool, dry place away from direct heat and sunlight.

• If excess ink collects on the stamp surface, gently blot it with a tissue or soft cloth. Do not rinse, soak, or use cleaning products.

• Stamp ink may stain clothing and other surfaces. Keep away from young children and pets.

Clean and completely dry the surface before applying your sticker. Carefully peel away the backing, position your sticker, then press firmly from the center outward to smooth away any air bubbles and secure the edges.

• Made from waterproof PVC to withstand everyday splashes and moisture.

• Gently wipe clean with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid scrubbing, abrasive materials, and harsh cleaning products.

• When applied to drinkware, hand-wash gently and avoid prolonged soaking or dishwashers, as heat and moisture may weaken the adhesive.

• Stickers are intended for one-time application. Removing or repositioning them may weaken the adhesive or cause the edges to curl.
