Refund policy

We want to make sure you love our products and quality is guaranteed. If there is a print error or visible quality issue, we'll replace or refund it. Email us at meow@thecatpeopleshop.com and be sure to provide clear photos of the product on a flat, well-lit surface. This quick and simple step will help us to provide a speedy resolution. 

Because products are made to order, we do not accept general or sizing-related returns or exchanges.

Returns

What’s your return policy?

Items in our shop are made especially for you and thus are not eligible for return or exchange. However, if there's something wrong with your item, please reach out to us within 30 days of receipt at meow@thecatpeopleshop.com

Do you offer refunds?

Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items, damaged items or items with print errors. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at meow@thecatpeopleshop.com if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

Can I exchange an item for a different size/color?

At this time, we don't offer exchanges. If you’re unsure which size would fit better, check out our sizing charts—we have one for every item listed on our store, in the product description section. Though rare, it's possible that an item you ordered was mislabeled. If that’s the case, please let us know at meow@thecatpeopleshop.com within a week after receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we’ll send you a new one, or issue a refund!

 

Damaged/Quality Issues

For the fastest resolution, please include photos demonstrating the quality issue of the print or the damaged area of the item. The most optimal pictures are on a flat surface, with the tag and error clearly displayed.

Cancellations

All of our products are made to order especially for you. If you wish to cancel or amend your order, please email us immediately at meow@thecatpeopleshop.com. You can edit your order at any time before it goes to production (typically within 24 hours). Once your order has gone to production, we cannot cancel or make any changes to it.

 

Return Policy

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

Wrong Address - If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier (incorrect/incomplete), the shipment will be returned to us. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).

Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to us and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself (if and as applicable).

This Policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language, regardless of any translations made for any purpose whatsoever.
